About Mayfair

Mayfair Theatre is located in the quaint district of Old Ottawa South, the theatre looks much the same as it did on December 5, 1932, when it first opened its doors.

Since it changed hand in 1984, many upgrades has been done to the candy bar, box office, seats, sound and projection equipment. It now has the latest digital sound system and surround speakers. The layout and decors in the auditorium retains its original charm.

The theatre specializes in Double Bills and provides the best value in town for movie viewing (see admission section for details). It puts out a calendar style flyer every 3-4 weeks for pick up at the theatre. It is available for rental for special or private functions and occasions.
